25 years experience in the health care sector as a private duty caregiver. Available for private client as a live -in or out caregiver. Experience caring for clients with Alzheimer/Dementia, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Cardiovascular Disease, Cancer, Diabetes and COPD.
As a caregiver my duties include, but not limited to personal grooming, bathing, toileting, hair, skin and nail care, dressing, activities of daily living, range of
motion, passive exercises, medication reminders and/or passes, blood sugar tests, vital signs, weighing, massages, record Intake & Output, stoma and catheter care, repositioning and transferring from bed to wheel chair, providing healthy nourishment, menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation and clean up, organizing, laundry, ironing, lite housekeeping, transportation to appointments, shopping and recreation activities, plant and pet care, answering the phone and giving companionship.
Pay Scale: $15.00 - $16.00 hourly.

I am compassionate, friendly, earnest, neat, clean and well-groomed, in good health, physically strong, responsible, organized, punctual, dependable, good attitude, good work ethic, adaptable, disciplined, resourceful, good driving record, have no communicable disease, non drinker, non smoker and do not take drugs. Speak only English. Computer literate.
